Immediately after the Galleria del Cipollaio there is an old marble quarry of the Henraux company

which is turning into a work of art thanks to the visitors they leave on its walls

beautiful white murals with deep meanings.

The former marble quarry is already a spectacle in itself with huge walls of precious marble that develop on several heights.

In winter the quarry is covered with a light snow cover which makes everything even more magical

that small ”lake” that has been created in the central part of the quarry thanks to rainwater freezers, obviously in this period the attention must be maximum.

In recents years, several street artists have chosen the white marble walls to give life to their creations, in fact inside the quarry there are several murals with a profound and innovative meaning, often linked to the protection of the planet.

The road to reach the quarry is also breathtaking, from Pietrasanta continue to Seravezza,

from here continue on the famous Linea d’Arni, a winding road that crosses the Apuan Alps with majestic landscapes

Afetr the Galleria del Cipollaio, after a few meters on the left, at a crossroads, you will find the car park of the quarry.
