St Hermes is the patron saint of the town of Forte dei Marmi who is celebrated by organizing a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

huge party all over the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The party takes place on August 28 with which the summer is now running out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It starts with the celebrations from the early hours of the day with the opening of the large fair with <\/p>\n\n\n\n

stands arriving from all over Italy and from all over Europe which continues until night hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The St Herman fair is one of the most famous in Italy for the variety of goods offered where they are<\/p>\n\n\n\n

there are also outlets of major brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the most anticipated event is in the evening where the most anticipated fireworks display will begin at<\/p>\n\n\n\n

around 10pm of the summer in which extraordinary fireworks will be fired in the air and in the water <\/p>\n\n\n\n

directly from the the pier of Forte dei Marmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best place to watch the fireworks display is the beach where everyone is guaranteed access<\/p>\n\n\n\n

even in the private bathrooms, to better enjoy the show it is advisable to go to the beach<\/p>\n\n\n\n

well in advance to be able to secure the best seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The feast of Sant\u2019Ermete is the most anticipated event of the summer in which both adults and children <\/p>\n\n\n\n

can have fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is recommended that littering on the beach is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are looking for an alternative view, it is advisable to observe the fireworks display from the <\/p>\n\n\n\n

panoramic points of the hills above, in particular \"the wall of Capriglia\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

St Hermes was proclaimed a saint following his execution in Roman times for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

having proclaimed himself a Christian along with his other disciples around 130 AD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were many works dedicated to his name and he is celebrated in many Italian cities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
