The Gallarose park is a zootechnical park located in Cecina about an hour's drive <\/p>\n\n\n\n
from the B&B Miami Beach Pietrasanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The zoo is open every day from 9.30am to 8.00pm, the ticket office closes at 6.00pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are over 1200 animal species.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The path of the park is organized in zones divided into <\/p>\n\n\n\n
5 continents : Africa, Europe, America, Oceania and Asia <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The last part of the park is dedicated to the farm with all the species that can <\/p>\n\n\n\n
be farmed in the world. with a particular attention to the ancient species that are now forgotten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The purpose of the park is to raise public awareness on the issue of biodiversity wich is fundamnetal for the well-being of the planet<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The zoo also engages in projects for the reintroduction of animals at risk of extinction in the wild for the protection o fthe species.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
